10/90 payment system – how does it work?

As part of the promotion, we offer a convenient 10/90 payment structure. After signing the reservation agreement, you pay the reservation fee (within 7 days). After signing the developer agreement, you complete the payment up to 10% of the apartment price within 7 days. The remaining 90% is paid after the building receives the occupancy permit, always prior to the technical handover of the apartment.
