Construction works on the 2nd stage of INSPIRE (building C) in Katowice have just started. The General Contractor is again Grimbud, which also implements the 1st stage of INSPIRE (buildings A and B). The planned completion date of the 2nd stage of INSPIRE is scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2023!
INSPIRE is a residential investment, which already at the pre-sale stage enjoyed enormous customer interest. Building C, which will be built in the currently implemented stage, is intimate and will have only 60 apartments with an area of 28 to 140 m2, including penthouses on the top floor.
– The second stage provides for the construction of building C, which is located closest to the waterline.
