Stage II of INSPIRE has just gone on sale and is very popular with customers. On the first day of pre-sale of stage II (building C) over 100 people signed up for the so-called “waiting list”, of which over 30 have already signed reservation agreements. This means that in just one week we sold over 50 percent of apartments available in building C, which will include 61 flats.

In stage I of the investment (buildings A and B), which is currently under construction, 70 percent of available housing. There are still about 30 apartments on sale. Ultimately, the INSPIRE project involves 7 eight-story buildings with 450 apartments.

The apartments will include, among others air purifiers, and an electric vehicle will be made available to the community. There will be parcel machines, bike rentals and bicycle service. The architectural concept deserves attention.

INSPIRE is a place that is meant to inspire and goes beyond the concept of “four walls”. In addition to apartments, there will be places encouraging to spend time in an interesting way. There will be a resident zone with a fitness room, a games room with table football and billiards.

At approx. 4.7 thousand sq m of the plot, there will be a thoughtfully designed greenery surrounding residential buildings, as well as a green zone for common recreation of residents with integrated small architecture, ideal for spending free time and playing, also for the youngest.

The planned completion date for stage I (buildings A and B) is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021 and stage II (building C) for the 2nd quarter of 2023.
