Construction works on building “C” at INSPIRE will start soon. This is the most prestigious part of INSPIRE: located closest to the pond, with a beautiful, direct view of the water.

The interest in the investment has been very high for many months. On the first day of pre-sale of building “C”, over 100 people signed up for the waiting list, of which over 30 signed reservation agreements. This means that in just one week, more than 50% of apartments were sold. Currently, more than 70% of the total is sold. Customers appreciate the unusual location, development of the space around the buildings, as well as the quality of workmanship of this award-winning investment. In buildings “A” and “B”, the completion of which is planned for the end of this year, over 90% of apartments have already been sold.

The commencement of works is planned in the second quarter of 2021 and completion in the 2nd quarter of 2023.
