INSPIRE is a new investment in Dolina Trzech Stawów at 41 Sikorskiego Street, in Katowice. –>The project is located just a few minutes from the city center, surrounded by the park and ponds. In the 1st stage, 110 apartments were built, with areas ranging from 29 to 131 sq m, and penthouses on the top floors. In the 2nd stage of INSPIRE will take place construction of 60 apartments with areas ranging from 28 to 140 sq m. The 1st stage of the investment is completed and the 2nd stage is planned for the 2nd quarter of 2023. As part of 3rd stage (building D) built a total of 68 apartments with areas ranging from 27 to 147 sq m and 2 commercial premises. The completion of construction works is planned for the 2nd quarter of 2024.  In stages IV and V (buildings E, F, G) 183 apartments with area ranging from 31 to 140 sq m. We also took care of wide range of facilities for residents.

As intended, INSPIRE – with its urban solutions – shall help to find the right balance in life and facilitate all areas of everyday’s functioning. Thanks to the planned infrastructure, it will save valuable time by offering many advantages and opportunities “on site”. The project was created on the drawing tables of the world-renowned architectural studio Bar Orian Architects, in collaboration with design offices from Katowice. This is a project that goes beyond the”4 walls of the flat”. It already predicts today how we will be comfortably living in the future.
